NACCRRA Child Care Subsidies for Federal Employees
NACCRRA Child care subsidy programs provide financial assistance to eligible families to assist with child care costs. These programs provide financial assistance to employees who have children enrolled, or who will be enrolled, in licensed family care homes or child care centers.
Children must be in the following categories:
- Ages birth to 12 years of age
- Disabled and under the age of 18
The Vine Preschool is an approved NACCRRA vendor

Who is Child Care Aware of America?
Child Care Aware of America (formerly known as NACCRRA), a non-profit organization and a leading voice for childcare. The U.S. Department of Defense tasked Child Care Aware with helping military families locate affordable, high-quality childcare when on base care at the Child Development Center (CDC) does not have space.
In most cases military families can benefit from financial assistance paying for childcare. Programs include Operation: Military Child Care (OMCC) and Military Child Care in Your Neighborhood (MCCYN). Learn more below or by visiting Child Care Aware.
